What happens after I get in touch?
We ring you back, ask a few questions about the job, and arrange a time to come out and look at it. After the visit you get a written price with the scope set out and a programme with the stages in order. There is no charge for the visit or the price.
Is it better to ring, WhatsApp or use the form?
Whichever suits you. The mobile is answered when we are not up a ladder, and messages are picked up in the evening. The form and WhatsApp are handy for sending drawings and photos, which help us give you a straight answer faster.
Do you give prices over the phone?
Only rough ones, and only for small plastering jobs. Anything involving structure, extensions or older buildings needs a visit, because what the house is made of and what condition it is in changes the price more than the size of the job does.
How far ahead are you booked?
It varies through the year. Small plastering and rendering jobs can often be fitted in between larger builds within a few weeks. Extensions, renovations and new builds are usually booked some months ahead, and we would rather give you a real date than a hopeful one.
Which areas do you cover?
West Dorset and East Devon, from between Axminster and Bridport. Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Beaminster, Seaton, Colyton, Chard, Crewkerne and Dorchester are all within our normal run.
